We are located at the prime Location in Bangalore Our office is spread over an area of 6000 Ft. and is well furnished with all necessary amenities like phones, & internet connectivity to communicate with the customers whenever needed. We possess fully furnished and equipped manufacturing unit, quality control division, and packaging unit.
Our Machines & Team
We have got 25 well trained & experienced employees in two unit with us to manufacture quality products. Our team of professionals also consists of qualified, industrially experienced, and innovative engineers, designers, quality controller, and packaging personnel. Our workforce works in close co- ordination in order to produce best quality products for our clients in the stipulated time frame.
Manifolds
The best materials and tools available are used to produce our manifolds. The design of our manifolds will always achieve the best match with the specifications of our customers. Shakthi Engineering Works is specialized to work with stainless steel AISI316, and other exotic materials such as HYT60 and C40, all with excellent mechanical properties. Common use forShakthi Engineering Works is to have large stock supplies of these materials. Shakthi Engineering Works also produces very big manifolds. Manifolds up to 10 Tons gross weight are frequently delivered. Shakthi Engineering Works has become a prominent producer of big manifold blocks for many customers within several branches of the hydraulic industry. AISI316 Manifold blocks
AISI316 steel (the standard molybdenum-bearing grade) has excellent overall corrosion resistant properties and has particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. Compared to chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels, 316L stainless steel offers higher creep, stress to rupture and tensile strength at elevated temperatures.
HYT60 & C40 Manifold blocks
HYT 60 steel is most suitable for the construction of valves and hydraulic parts because of its excellent mach inability. Its perfect homogeneity and oil density permits the use even under high pressure. C40 special steel quality for hydraulic applications has excellent drilling-, milling- and machining characteristics. In delivery condition this steel is normalized annealed, fitting to best mach inability.
Other materials
Other (also exotic) materials have specific properties which indicate the suitability for certain defined purposes. DUPLEX, among others, has a great future. Duplex steel is characterized by excellent corrosion-resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear-resistance and good suitability for welding.
Special Cavity Blocks
Our company owns specialization in manufacturing special cavity blocks which we supply and export to our valued clients at cost-effective prices. Special cavity blocks are round or rectangular blocks made up of steel in which the mold cavity is machined. We use genuine and superior quality steel, which we obtain from well-known suppliers ensuring that only best quality round and rectangular cavity blocks are offered to our clients.
